A TEAM OF ACCELERANTS
Teri formed Accelerant {TH} after spending thirty years in the world of advertising where she worked in business development roles in both a full time and consulting capacity with her company Lead Engine, Inc.
Teri helped large agencies – such as Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT, Wunderman, Organic, Porter Novelli and Kirshenbaum & Bond – as well as many smaller boutique agencies across the U.S. shape their offering to be more attractive and create relationships with potential clients that were mutually beneficial. She has also applied her communication skills to non-profits such as the national good government group, Represent Us, Hayground School & Camp in Bridgehampton where more than half of students receive financial aid and Hamptons Community Outreach where she helped build their donor development engine, process and tool set from scratch. After moving her family to the Hamptons from New York City full time during the pandemic and studying the impacts of poverty on the area, Teri has decided to use her powers for good by focusing exclusively on the needs of non-profits on the East End of Long Island.
Jennifer Hall is a certified non-profit accounting professional operating on the East End of Long Island through her company, CFO-Lite. Her goal is to support local nonprofits who require accounting and financial guidance at a reasonable price, in order for their services to continue to aid the community.
Jennifer Hall is CNAP certified via BDO, holds a NASBA Ethical Leadership Certification, a QuickBooks Advanced Certification, and has years of experience providing CFO services with proven results.
Jenn is a graphic designer, specializing in logo development, print advertising and web design, and has designed for clients across the brand spectrum from The Ritz-Carlton Hotels to NASCAR. After working for years at advertising agencies in Atlanta, GA, she traded the monotony of corporate clients for more creative challenges with smaller businesses. At her design firm, Waypoints South, concept is king – every pixel has a purpose. Her style is simple, smart and always highly conceptual.
Most recently, Jenn worked with the non-profit Hamptons Community Outreach to help them define their brand with a visual style guide, which outlined color palettes, logo usage and design elements across print and online platforms. She also created their new website and social media templates, enabling their team to easily communicate with a consistent voice for their brand.
